Conduct
Each student must ensure 75% of attendance in the classes as per University norms.
Attendance is compulsory in all the functions organized by the Institute.
Discipline and decorum should be maintained in the Institute premises.
The Institute will not be responsible for any action and matters of the University like conduct of the examination, mark sheets, late fee, rejection of forms, papers coming out of syllabus, etc.
Students are not allowed to sit in the corridors, lawns staircases etc.
Strict action will be taken for any kind of misconduct by the student with the staff and faculty members.
The students will not be permitted in the classrooms after 5 minutes from starting of lecture.
MOBILE PHONE is strictly prohibited in classrooms, library, corridors, stairs etc.
Outsiders are not allowed with the students in the Institute premises.
Entry of the students from the main gate will be allowed 5 minutes before & after the bell for each lecture.
Damage to the Institute property is punishable offence. Such acts may invite serious disciplinary action such as fine/recovery of the cost of item(s) destroyed and expulsion from the Institute.
Students should not enter the faculty room without permission from the concerned teacher or HOD.
Tobacco products (like Cigarette, Pan Masala, Gutka, etc.) and all categories of intoxicants are strictly prohibited in the premises of the Institute.
Candidates should refer to notice board of the Institute for any relevant information and the Institute is not bound to provide information to the candidates individually.
The students should leave Institute's premises within half an hour after the Institute time or stay in library.
The Institute is not responsible for any of the mishappenings like accident etc. In case of serious illness of a student during Institute hours the Institute authority will inform the guardian of the student.
Each candidate must have his/her identity card to avoid any inconvenience in the Institute.
Strict action will be taken against students found guilty of indecent comments, harassment, eve-teasing of girl students, women faculty and staff members.
Ragging is strictly prohibited in Institute campus (as per the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court).
In case of the rejection of admission by the university, student will not claim any refund of the fee from the Institute.
Rules of library, laboratory and sports department must be strictly followed by the students.
The students shall be bound by rules and regulations framed by the University from time to time at any stage
Each student is expected to take care of his/her belongings and they are advised not to wear costly jewelry, watches, gold, silver ornaments, etc.Institute shall not bear any responsibility for any loss in the premises.
The student is required to give his/her correct address and telephone no., fax, e-mail, etc. In case of any change of address and contact no. the same must be immediately intimated to the college authorities in writing. If at any stage it is found that contact number, address and other particulars are incorrect the student himself/herself will be responsible for the consequences. This act of providing incorrect information may also invite disciplinary action from the college authority.
The Institute reserves its rights to alter and add any of the above rules and regulations as and when necessary without any prior notice.
Students are expected to cooperate with the institute authorities with ideal behaviour in the Institute.
