A guest lecture on Public International Law was delivered by Dr. Pooja Devi (Faculty of Law, University of Delhi) at the Mewar Law Institute, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. Around 60 students of the BA.LL.B took participation in this lecture. The guest lecture concluded that Public International Law is a unique and evolving legal system. Though it lacks centralized enforcement, it remains legally binding due to: State consent, Customary practice, Institutional mechanisms, Diplomatic and political accountability.
